FAG sealed spherical roller bearings

FAG sealed spherical roller bearings also named sealed self-aligning roller bearing,its special design for some special applications where need clean and maintenance-free environment.Sealed spherical roller bearing have double row barrel rollers,two raceway on the inner ring and one raceway on the outer ring,the spherical rollers orient themselves freely on the concave outer ring raceway. as a result,shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated. 
 
Sealed spherical roller bearing have advantage than normal self-aligning roller bearings.

In the standard version,sealed spherical roller bearing with designation WS have a circumferential groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring,bearing with F-numbers have no circumferential groove and no lubrication holes.the contact seals are made from nitrile rubber(NBR),suitable for temperatures of -40+100 degree(short periods up to +120 degree).
 
FAG sealed spherical roller bearing can be interchange each other with  EASIER,NSK,NTN,SKF, ZKL, NACHI sealed spherical roller bearing,the seals are made from Rubber or metal shield,they have the same function for keep the internal of spherical roller bearing cleaning and free relubrication,
