As we know,the base accuracy of inner ring of
spherical roller bearing was damaged under grinding operation,Lead to higher Machining accuracy in the preceding process has been reduced,in severe cases leas scrap.just like the outer diameter of inner ring of the 22215CA/W33 spherical roller bearing,outer diameter is the base standard when griding processing,its related to the accury of the inner ring precision directly,and the width of outer diameter is a little narrow when the spherical roller bearing design,when grinding processing we usually adopted electromagnetism centerless fixture,the support point is cemented carbide,after rough grinding of the inner ring and raceway,base line was weared and reduced precision,so the coming process cannot sure about the quality of spherical roller bearing,after inspection of 22215CA/W33 we got the result ,the round average of outer diameter is 2.7μm after grinding,and the round average of inner ring and raceway increase to 10.6μm.
So we change the old technology ,grinding end of the ring→rough grinding outer diameter→super grinding outer diameter→rough inner diameter→rough grinding raceway→super grinding inner diameter→super grinding raceway, change new mathod grinding end of the ring→rough grinding outer diameter→grinding outer diameter→rough grinding inner diameter→rough grinding raceway→good grinding raceway→grinding outer diameter→grinding inner diameter→grinding raceway→super grinding raceway, after the new technology production,the quality of spherical roller bearing can be reach 70% of the FAG,NSK spherical roller bearing service life.
