Last time we talked about China Spherical roller bearing with brass cage(CA/W33 and MB/W33),we also can manufacture special design pressed brass cage,it looks like the CC/W33 but different material.but this design have less quantity on the market,so if anybody haveinteresting,please ask me directly.
 

today i want to discuss E cage design spherical roller bearing with all of bearing industry friends,E cage is one kind of pressed steel cage of spherical roller bearing,this design bearings were design 

and produce by FAG bearing group,this E cage bearing is Optimized internal design for increased load carrying capacity .213,222,223 series spherical roller bearing are all have E cage design,they are all consist of Flangeless inner ring and two stamped steel cages. there are Annular groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring. we design is when the inner diameter less 65mm the guide ring centred on the inner ring. when the inner diameter much than 65mm ,the guide ring centred on the cage.

 

 

XRB E cage spherical roller bearing is the Optimized and larger rollers than normal,our engineer can produce special bearing for many applications,just like harden cage,this design we marked the suffix

as VA405 and VA406,they are widely used in printing machine,paper-making machinery,gluing machine, steel casting equipment,Railway.

Double-row spherical roller bearings with E1 cage

XRB-double-row spherical roller bearings specifically designed and manufactured for carrying heavy loads,It has two symmetrical Barrel roller,so its rollers can freely adjusted in the raceway of the outer ring,As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing housing are freely compensated.and today i want to all of my friends our another cage design(E1)spherical roller bearing,it also pressed steel cage, but during the design,we have one new concept which is different  with E cage spherical roller bearing,pressed cage usually use steel plate,some speical application we used brass plate,this cage design have its own special advantage than the metal solid cage,becuase of less weight and less volume,so its easy to lubrication for bearings.

XRB can produce the E cage spherical roller bearing outer ring diameter under 320mm,what the different is E1 design spherical roller bearing have no centre rib of its inner ring,so its workable for us to make the longer rollers to increase its carry capacity, and decrease the friction between rings and elements,as well as the operation temperature.

FAG E1 cage spherical roller bearing are produced with a cylindrical or tapered bore. E1 cage spherical roller bearing work together with adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves on the shaft,the same with XRB,this type of bearing's basic design are  produced with the normal tolerance and normal clearance,also we have C3 and C4 clearance according to specific applications. regarding to the lubration,E1 spherical roller bearing are produced a lubrication groove and three lubrication hole on the outer ring,also we can design and produce more method for lubration.

5.thin section bearing is the new type of the bearing,it have very special and very complex design,its unique design decide its very very high precision,and also it is very hard to process,becuase of his large dimesion of inner and outer ring,but very thin width,Open,rubber sealed and metal shield are 

avaiable of thin section bearing.

6.insert bearing also called pillow block bearing,it have the similar design with deep groove ball bearing but the outer ring,it has sphere design on the outer ring,metal shield and rubber sealed are avaiable for this bearing material :
