FAG split plummer block housings LOE series are designed for oil lubrication.this is one kinds of plummer block housings and made of cast iron or Cast Steel,FAG plummer block housing LOE2 and LOE3 are fitted with spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore of series 222 and 223, the bearings are located on the shaft using an interference and axially secured by means of a locknut.AF suffix of FAG plummer block LOE means locating bearing, AL suffix means non-locating bearing, A suffix of the FAG housing mean have the end cover design, and B suffix means no end cover design,FAG LOE Plummer block housings LOE5 and LOE6 are intended for spherical roller bearings with tapered bore and adapter sleeve location, FAG plummer block housings LOE are split,the labyrinth covers are unsplit,the seal comprises two labyrinth rings, labyrinth seals allow shaft misalignment of up to 0.25 degree in both directions. the grease chamfer in the cover labyrinth can be relubricated, the housing base has four extended slots. 

 

FAG Split plummer block housings LOE series are suitable for high-speed bearing arrangements and are designed for oil lubrication, the oil is supplied to the spherical roller bearings from the oil sump in the lower  section of the housing by a ring oiler, an angled oil level indicators is screwed to one cover. FAG housings of series LOU for recirculating oil lubrication are available by agreement. the ring bolt in the upper section of the housing must not be loaded to a value greater than the mass of the housing including the spherical roller bearings,FAG split plummer block housing LOE material is flake graphite cast iron suffix L.
