XRB Concentra roller bearing units are robust,ready-to-mount units that assembled, lubricated and sealed at the factory for maximum service life, with their simple and safe installation, easy alignment and reliable locking technology, they are an excellent alternative to sleeve-mounted bearing in split housings,this type of bearing units working with Spherical roller bearings, most of used is 222 series spherical roller bearings, the shaft diameter of 222 series spherical roller bearing are during 35mm to 100mm,the materials of the plummer block housing is grey cast iron, SYNT plummer block housing two-bolt mounting, and FYNT flanged housings three or four bolt mounting.

SYNT and FYNT concentra roller bearings unit consist of a non-split plmmmer block housings,and an spherical roller bearings on an concentra sleeve, seals and grease, bearing units for metric shafts are avaiable in two series, depending on the housing design, bearing unit in the SYNT series have  a non-split plummer block housing with two holes cast into the base for attachment bolts, bearing units in the FYNT series have a flanged housing and are produced in two designs:

 

For shaft diameter from 35mm to 60mm,the housings have triangular flange and three drilled holes for attachment bolts.

For shaft diameter from 65mm to 100mm,the housings have a square flange  and four drilled holes for attachment bolts.

 

The bearing used in concentra roller bearing unit are upgraded spherical roller bearing 222series, the stepped sleeve has inclined serrations that match the profile of the bearing bore, the bearing unit also contains a mounting collar washer,back-up collar and wave spring, the mounting collar is equipped

with an angle to facilitate mounting and dismounting.
