Non-split plummer block housings

Non-split plummer block housings are made of cast iron,they are widely used in heavy industrial applications,it is less used than split plummer block housings as usual,this kind of housings has many material design,spheroidal graphite cast iron,Cast steel or grey cast iron,SBD Series is Standard non-split plummer block housings,SBD Series non-split plummer block housings consist of a housing body and two covers,the covers are bolted to the body with six or eight bolts,SBD Series are available in two designs,depending on the housing size,the main difference is the holes for the attachment bolts,one design has cast oblong holes,the other has drilled holes, other design differences including the overall shape of the housing and the thickness of the reinforcement ribs.
